CM Yogi surveys flood-hit areas in Saharanpur.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday conducted an upstanding and a ground check of flood tide- affected areas in Saharanpur quarter and met the affected people in relief camps.

The chief minister visited the Mandi complex in Sultanpur- Chilkana city and distributed relief accoutrements and handed backing to the victims. He also issued instructions to the officers to give all possible help to the affected people.

Adityanath also visited the flood tide relief camp at GV Jain Degree College and interacted with the affected people.

“ Along with helping the flood tide victims, the government is also committed to esteeming the faith, ” the CM said, directing the officers to take care of the safety and convenience of the ‘ kanwariyas ’.

During the commerce with the flood tide- affected people, Adityanath assured them that the government would not let them face any kind of deficit during this disaster.

“ We’ll conduct a check to assess the crop damage and give fiscal backing to the growers incontinently, ” he said.

“ I hope that you’ll admit prompt relief from this disaster, and I assure you that the government is with you at all times. Our public representatives and government officers will always be present then to help you, ” Adityanath said.

During a discussion with the media, the chief minister said that some sections in western Uttar Pradesh have been hit by cataracts and waterlogging. Upstanding and ground examinations have been conducted to take stock of the situation in the Yamuna, Hindon and Dhanola gutters.


Reportedly, a total population of nearly three lakhs in 28 points of Saharanpur megacity and 118 townlets of pastoral areas has been affected. also, 13,000 acres of agrarian land have been affected by the cataracts, according to an sanctioned release.

During a meeting with the quarter’s public representatives and executive officers at the Police Line Auditorium, he directed that no negligence should be shown in furnishing backing to the flood tide- affected people.

The chief minister also conducted an upstanding examination of the Kanwar Yatra route and issued instructions to shower flowers on the kanwariyas in Saharanpur, an sanctioned release said.
