The solar charge follows India beating Russia late last month to come the first country to land on the south pole of the moon. While Russia had a more important rocket, India’s Chandrayaan- 3 out- endured the Luna- 25 to execute a text wharf.

The Aditya- L1 spacecraft is designed to travel about1.5 million km( 930,000 long hauls) over four months to a kind of parking lot in space where objects tend to stay put because of balancing gravitational forces, reducing energy consumption for the spacecraft.

Addressing fellow scientists at ISRO after the successful launch of the country’s first solar charge- Aditya L1- Nigar Shaji, the director of the design, said on Saturday that it was like a dream coming true.

Speaking to ANI on Saturday, Shaji said,” It feels like a dream coming true. I’m extremely happy that Aditya L- 1 has been fitted successfully( into the designated route) by the PSLV. Aditya L- 1 has successfully embarked on its 125- day trip.”
