Adipurush, the important- awaited film of Telugu megastar Prabhas, has hit theaters across the world. The mythological drama is a retelling of the Hindu epic, Ramayan. In the film, piloted by Om Raut, Prabhas plays Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon stars as Sita, Sunny Singh is Lakshman and Saif Ali Khan plays the part of Ravan.

The film is made on an enormous budget of Rs 500 crore. After its advance bookings opened on Sunday, the film did a business of Rs 12 crore. The public theatre chain PVR vended over one lakh tickets in the Hindi request itself and trade judges are awaiting a huge opening at the ticket counters across the country.
Film trade critic Girish Johar pegged the film’s opening day collection at Rs 50 cr, including all languages. Speaking about the mode around Ramayan among Indians, film trade expert Taran Adarsh said, “ it’s a veritably strong emotion. Everything additional is secondary, ” he states, while agreeing that numerous Indians watching the film will reverberate with his emotion. ” New reports suggested that the first day collection can be indeed advanced, and may outdo Shah Rukh Khan- starrer Pathaan’s first day collection.
Adipurush is the story of Lord Ram, whose woman Sita was abducted by the evil Ravana. He took the help of the vanara army and brought her back with him to Ayodhya. She said that the scale and magnitude of Om Raut’s managerial is massive and the film is going to be a “ visually spectacular experience ” for the followership. still, she also participated that she used to jokingly tell the director that she’s firing for her “ biggest film on the lowest set, ” as the entire film is shot in a plant.
